my favorite specie, poj'ka, is wanting to enter the alliance (actually, I want to enter, not them). the poj'ka are neither aggressive, neither peaceful. sometimes they attack, sometimes they defend. they're home world is named Trannole.

I think you can join as soon as Aegonian Accepts you!
You may want to read whats happening and find who owns what!
