This race is rather strange, and should first be offered gifts or they might temper and attack.Still.they are a rather peaceful race,even if they use to be slaves.

Well, do they have any primitive form of organization ? Anyways, you can still send messages like this "Message from the [insert name] to [etc...]

so yes they do, its called the trausmer: a trausmer has a matrix(leader,can be male or female) the three devins(advisors, can be male or female) and the common villagers.
